Does Zapto include channels?
No. Zapto is a player. It doesn't sell, provide or host any channels, films or series. You add the IPTV subscription you already have from your provider, and Zapto plays it.
Which devices can I use?
iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Roku, Android TV and Fire TV. Apple TV and Samsung and LG smart TVs are coming next.
How do I add my subscription?
Enter the server code or activation code your provider gave you, or type in the details they sent you. Your servers are saved to your account, so every device you sign in on has them.
How do I sign in on my TV?
Scan the QR code on the TV with your phone, or enter the short code it shows. No passwords to type with a remote.
How does the free trial work?
Plus and Premium come with a 7-day free trial, once per account. Cancel any time before it ends and you pay nothing.
What does Free include?
Live TV, the guide, movies and series, profiles, parental controls and ZapCast, with ads. On Free, profiles, favourites and Continue watching are saved on each device; Plus and Premium keep them in sync on every device.
Can I keep my kids safe?
Yes, on every plan. Set a parental PIN, lock channels and categories, add Kids profiles, and keep adult content hidden (it is hidden by default).
What is ZapCast?
ZapCast pairs your phone with your TV over your home Wi-Fi, so you can set up the TV from your phone instead of typing with a remote.
What happens to my data if I change plans?
Nothing is lost. When you upgrade, your devices bring their profiles and progress into your account. If a paid plan ends, everything is copied back to your devices.
